Daniel Pantaleo, off-duty officer who choked Eric Garner to death, not indicted

Today, the Grand Jury announced Daniel Pantaleo will not be indicted for the death of Eric Garner. The cartoon references the video that Garner’s friend took during the altercation. Eric Garner is repeatedly heard saying “I can’t breathe”. (Which has grown to be synonymous with police brutality and racial profiling.
